It is busy season in wine country and actually the wider bay area! When planning your wine tasting schedule and you are coming from the City during the weekend, please keep in mind possible additional travel time due to extra weekend traffic on the road.

What should be an hour and a half door to door can often be 2hours or more due to more cars on the road coming into Napa.

Therefore, it is advisable to keep this in mind when making you first tasting reservation and thinking of a pick up time. Also mention to the winery you are speaking to that you will be traveling from the City so they are aware you have an extended journey and not coming from somewhere within the Valley.

It is better to be a bit early and enjoy the location rather than worrying about making it on time. Our staff and chauffeurs are always here to advise and assist in advance and on the day.

Some frequently asked questions when planning your wine tour?

How many wineries can we visit in a 6 or 8 hours tour? 

Usually 4 to 6 wineries, however do consider their proximity to each other. We are always here to assist and advise with you during your planning.

Do wineries require appointments?
